Conditioning Agility Speed Endurance Training (C.A.S.E.)

Athletic training to improve your physical performance on the basketball court; In our CASE training sessions, athletes will work on their vertical jump, explosiveness, quickness, and conditioning.

These sessions are designed for players who:

  • Want to jump higher

  • Run faster

  • Cut quicker

  • Build endurance

  • Improve strength

  • Gain flexibility

  • Improve injury prevention

The C.A.S.E. Training sessions will incorporate the use of tools such as speed ladders, resistance bands, medicine balls, boxes, and the Vertimax Training System. The VertiMax Training system is a versatile training tool to develop explosive power, agility, footwork and core strength while maximizing a basketball player’s ability to dominate on the court. The VertiMax helps improve your jumping ability, lateral quickness, mobility, and first-step.

The sessions will help prepare middle/high school players for college level strength and conditioning sessions.

C.A.S.E. Training will include a dynamic warmup, plyometric drills, compound explosive movements, high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) body weight exercises, foot speed drills, mobility work and a prolific cool down.
